By accessing pueblo.marketing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Pueblo Digital Marketing LLC provides bilingual digital marketing services including:

• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

• Reputation management
• 24/7 Bilingual AI Agents (Voice and Chat)
• Content creation for the Hispanic market

SMS & Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Pueblo Digital Marketing LLC, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 5 business days past the due date.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, campaigns, and materials created by Pueblo Digital Marketing LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a signed written agreement. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Grant necessary access to platforms required to deliver services
• Notify us of any changes that may affect the services provided

Limitation of Liability

Pueblo Digital Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days of service.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding balances remain due upon termination. Access to platforms and tools managed by Pueblo Digital Marketing LLC will be transferred to the client within 5 business days of final payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
